We place great emphasis on our vetting procedure when processing candidates ensuring the candidates we provide meet the stringent criteria required with safeguarding at the forefront. You can rest assured that our candidates are of the highest standard and hold all the relevant documentation to perform their role across the UK.

As a supplier on multiple frameworks we maintain our candidates’ compliance levels so that they are able to work interchangeably on the required framework. Through applying our knowledge of legislation and regulatory guideline such as NHS Employment Standards, Skills for Health Training Framework and Resuscitation Council we are committed to delivering a safe a high quality service.

Our dedicated compliance team are trained to be able to deliver mandatory training to our candidates and consists of trained phlebotomists. This enables the team to ensure that all our candidates are meeting the statutory and mandatory requirements while enabling them to become fully compliant in the shortest time possible.

We work with a fully compliant training provider to ensure that our candidates’ training is of the standard required. We work with the training provider to offer a wide range of training courses both in house and on the road. WE pride ourselves on maintaining industry leading compliance standards and assisting with our candidates’ professional development.

Maintaining our high-quality compliance standard is essential in the service we provide. Our pre-screening checks provide a benefit to both candidates and clients, and are part of our responsibility to guarantee patient safety.

As a framework agency, we have standards for compliance that we are required to meet. Through the dedication of the compliance team we regularly go above and beyond the standard requirements set ensuring that you are fully up to date with your training and exceeding the standards.

Maintaining compliance

All candidate compliance documents are held on record and expiry dates recorded. When an element is due to expire, candidate will be contacted by our compliance team to arrange the necessary update. This can be done at a time, day and location suitable to the candidate.

All our candidates are:

  • Interviewed and met face to face

  • DBS checked and cleared

  • Identity checked

  • Right to Work checked

  • Work Health Assessment cleared by SEQHOS approved agency

  • Reference checked

  • Professional Registered Body checked

  • Statutory and Mandatory training completed

  • In the Appraisal and Revalidation process

Audits

Due to the dedication of our compliance team in ensuring that the highest compliance standards are maintained we are regularly awarded platinum scoring (or equivalent) within our audits as standard.

Regular internal audits are conducted to ensure this standard is maintained and constantly improved upon so that we can exceed our clients’ requirements and expectations.
